Dear Sir or Madam (I guess you are a Sir, but we never know, right?),

I want to tell you a story. I’m sure you won’t read this E-Mail but I want to tell you the story anyway!

When I was six or maybe seven years old I loved to watch TV – especially Zorro. (By the way: Is he called Zorro in the USA?) I adored him. Maybe he was something like my first love and I think I wanted to be as he was: Brave and always for the smallest persons. Now I am studying media studies in Germany and today when I visited your homepage I realized, that you made me be the smallest person, so I decided to be Zorro and fight for the smallest – for me!

The thing is: There was this article of David Pogue about Twitter and I really, really need this article for my homework, but you (maybe not especially you, but someone of you all!) made the article “not longer available for not paying users”. Or members. That is not ok! I read the article friday, saturday and sunday. Yesterday I slept. Then, today, I wanted to read it again and it vanished!

So, I know you won’t give me the article and the only thing I have to add now at least is:

Z as Zorro!

Thanks for your attention or not attention.

Best wishes

Hannah Kraus
